Terms & Conditions

Welcome to TheCredex. By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all customers in India.

1. About Us

TheCredex sells premium baby products online across India. You can reach us any time at credex2023@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

  • You must be 18 years or older (or use the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian) to place an order.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete details (name, address, mobile number, email). Orders with incorrect or incomplete information may be delayed or cancelled.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Please notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Products & Availability

  • All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order if a product is out of stock, and will refund any amount already paid.
  • Product images are for illustration. Actual colours and packaging may vary slightly due to photography and screen differences.
  • Product descriptions, age recommendations and care instructions are provided for guidance — please follow them for safe use.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST where applicable. A GST invoice is provided with your order.
  • Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above; a flat ₹60 delivery charge applies to orders below ₹499.
  • A nominal ₹7 Cash on Delivery handling fee applies to COD orders. Choose UPI/online payment to avoid it.
  • We may update prices and offers at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

5. Payments

  • UPI / Online: Payments are made to our UPI ID and are verified before dispatch. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, your order is kept pending and you can retry from your order page.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible orders. COD may be restricted for accounts with a history of refused or returned deliveries.
  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance — we confirm your order after verifying payment (for prepaid) or eligibility (for COD).

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the courier and your location; they are not guaranteed.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and that your address and mobile number are correct.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every purchase. Key conditions (see our full Return & Refund Policy for details):

  • Return window: Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged, defective or missing items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed parcel). We will send a free replacement or a full refund including shipping.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories and the invoice.
  • Hygiene items are non-returnable once opened — teethers, feeding sets and anything that goes in a baby's mouth, wet wipes, personal-care items, and worn/washed socks, shoes or clothing — unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong.
  • Changed your mind / wrong item ordered: Unopened, unused items can be returned within 7 days; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Parcel refusal: If a dispatched parcel is refused without a valid reason, two-way shipping charges and a 10% packing/processing charge are deducted before any refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item — to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled and the return policy applies.

9. Warranty

  • Selected products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects only — not damage from misuse, normal wear, or accidents.
  • The warranty must be registered within 7 days of delivery on our Warranty Registration page. Products not registered within 7 days of delivery are not eligible for any warranty claim.
  • This applies whether you bought the product from our website or from our listings on Amazon, Flipkart or other marketplaces — keep your order/invoice number handy when registering.

10. Safe Use of Baby Products

Our products are intended for use by babies and children under adult supervision. Please follow all age recommendations, care and cleaning instructions on the product and packaging. TheCredex is not responsible for injury or harm resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow instructions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the TheCredex name, logo, text, and page design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, place fraudulent orders, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or refuse service to accounts that violate these terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TheCredex's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by couriers, incorrect details provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to that handling.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
