Order & payment information: the items you order, your order history, and UPI/payment reference details needed to verify payment. We do not store your card numbers, UPI PIN or bank passwords.
Account credentials: your password is stored securely in encrypted (hashed) form — we can never see it.
Files you upload: warranty delivery-proof screenshots and photos/videos you add to product reviews.
Warranty & support details: product name, order/invoice number and platform (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart) when you register a warranty or contact us.
Usage information: basic technical data such as pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

To process, verify payment for, pack and deliver your orders
To create and manage your account and saved address
To send order updates — confirmation, delivery and review-request emails
To provide customer support and handle returns, refunds and warranty claims
To display verified customer reviews (with your name and any photos/videos you choose to add)
To prevent fraud and misuse (for example, Cash on Delivery risk checks)

3. Payment Information

Online payments are made through UPI directly from your app to our business UPI account. We only see the payment amount and reference needed to confirm your order. We never receive or store your card details, UPI PIN or banking passwords. When we add a payment gateway in future, card and banking data will be handled by that PCI-compliant provider, not stored by us.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and similar storage needed to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We do not use them to track you across other websites.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted partners, and only as needed to run the store:

Courier & delivery partners — your name, address and phone, so your order can be delivered
Email service provider — to send you order and account emails
Our secure hosting & database provider — to store your account and order data
Payment/UPI services — to process and verify payments
Legal authorities — only if required by law

These partners are only permitted to use your information to provide their service to us, not for their own purposes.

6. Marketing Messages

We may occasionally send offers or updates by email or WhatsApp. You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” or contacting us — we'll stop promotional messages. Order-related messages (like delivery updates) will still be sent as they are essential to your purchase.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfil orders, provide warranty, meet tax/legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (subject to records we must keep by law).
