How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the courier — usually 2–7 days. You can track your order anytime from the Track Order page.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes — we deliver to almost all pin codes across India. If your area is serviceable, checkout will accept your pincode and auto-fill your city and state.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹60 delivery charge applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via UPI — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. Just tap to pay and your order is placed. Your money goes safely to our verified business account.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Not at the moment — we currently accept online payment (UPI) only. We're working on adding Cash on Delivery soon. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I track my order?

Go to the Track Order page and enter your order number (you got it on the confirmation screen and by email), or open My Account to see all your orders.

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags and invoice. See the full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Which items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety, items that go in a baby's mouth (teethers, feeding sets), wet wipes, personal-care items, and worn or washed socks/shoes/clothing cannot be returned once opened — unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong.

My order arrived damaged or an item is missing — what do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed parcel). We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund including shipping.

Are your products safe and BPA-free?

Yes — all our baby-contact products are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials. Please always follow the age recommendations and use products under adult supervision.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Selected products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. You must register it within 7 days of delivery on our Warranty Registration page — this works even for products bought on Amazon, Flipkart or other marketplaces.
